The Austrian Society for Environmental Engineering (ÖGUS – Österreichische Gesellschaft für Umweltsimulation) is an independent association with head office in Vienna, Austria.

Together with OFI (Austrian Research Institute for Chemistry & Technology) it provides a research and learning platform in the field of environmental engineering, members being industrial partners, organizations and private persons.

ÖGUS is the official Austrian representative within CEEES (Confederation of European Environmental Engineering Societies), an international forum for co-operation and knowledge exchange in the context of the resistance of products & systems to different environmental stresses.

Foundation of ÖGUS was in May 2006 and was an important step with regard to networking and enlargement of knowledge within the field of climatic & environmental simulation in Austria.
